How does the free consultation process work?
At the conclusion of your complimentary 30-minute fitting consultation with Chelsea, you will receive a personalized quote for the alterations tailored to your garment. Subsequently, you may choose whether to proceed and place your garment in our queue for processing.
Do you take walk-ins?
No, we only do consultations by appointment. Please use the following link to book an appointment. Link
Are you a union facility?
Yes, we are considered a signatory local 705 Costume House.
Do you hem pants?
Yes, and we charge $25 for a regular hem and $30 for an original hem.
I need my pants hemmed ASAP, how fast can you hem my pants?
Depending on availibility, we can do rush orders to meet your deadline for an additional cost.
Do you do Alterations?
Yes, we do all of them regardless of difficulty and if the garment allows it.
What forms of payment do you accept.
All, except for check.
I only paid $20 dollars for my garment, it doesn't make sense for me to pay $X to have it altered.
We do not base the value of our services off of the cost of your garment.
